Please give us your ETA; we will meet you at the property to check you in and orient you to the house.
We have kept our rates as low as possible to place Weyrich Woods within reach of groups seeking affordable accommodations for ministry purposes. Please notify us if your group's budget places our rates out of reach.
You must be 25 Years of age to place a reservation, and at least one adult age 25 or older must remain on premises throughout group stay.
Payments may be made online via a secure payment link emailed to you, by phone with credit card, or by check, payable to Greg Weyrich. Payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Balance must be paid 60 days prior to the stay, or reservation is canceled.
Additional charges may be incurred for unreasonable clean-up or damage repair. Industry standard $100 pre-authorization (hold) placed on credit card on day of arrival, this hold drops of after 7 days.
No pets allowed at The Lodge.
Up to two dogs are allowed at Callahan's Cottage. No other pets are permitted.
This is a non-smoking facility.
Lodge: Groups larger than 12: Add $25.00/additional guests
Cottage: Groups larger than 6: add $25/ additional guests
Non-refundable deposit required to place reservation ($200 for weekend reservation, $250 for 3-5 day reservation, $350 for 7-10 day reservation; balance due eight weeks prior to stay.)
Cleaning fee will be added to all bookings.
All payments are final, even in the event of cancellation, unless reserved dates are re-booked at the original rate.
