Please give us your ETA; we will meet you at the property to go over a brief rental agreement and orient you to the house. Driver's license and credit card required.
No cleaning fee charged if clean-up procedures are followed prior to check out.
We have kept our rates as low as possible to place Weyrich Woods within reach of groups seeking affordable accommodations for ministry purposes. Please notify us if your group's budget places our rates out of reach.
You must be 25 Years of age to place a reservation, and at least one adult age 25 or older must remain on premises throughout group stay. Payments may be made by phone with credit card or by check, payable to Greg Weyrich. Mail payments with note including the following information: name on reservation, house reserved, dates of stay, phone number and email address. Payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Balance must be paid eight weeks prior to stay, or reservation is canceled. Additional charges may be incurred for unreasonable clean-up or damage repair.
